You agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any material on this site, or to restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by anyone else. It is not permitted to create any link to or from this web site without our prior written consent.

Auto spares compare ltd cannot and will not accept any responsibility or liability for any purchases made through direct or indirect uses of this website, or for any loss or damage caused by its subsequent use.

All auto parts will be sold in a satisfactory condition and comply with the sales of goods act 1994 and (if applicable) the distance selling regulations 2000 unless stated at the point of sale.

All the car parts will come with a minimum guarantee of 30 days unless stated otherwise and the warranty will only cover the vehicle parts stated on the invoice.

All the used cars parts purchased may be marked with an auto part suppliers stamp/initial. Please do not attempt to remove this mark as it may void your replacement parts warranty.

All replacement car parts must be checked upon receipt for any transit damage, please do not sign receipt of the goods without first checking or if they are indeed damaged refuse delivery and contact the relevant car part supplier immediately.

The car parts purchased may not be modified, altered or dismantled in any way, doing so may void the warranty on you replacement car part.

All auto spares compares members are independent from auto spares compare. Therefore it is recommended that you only use 070 numbers allocated to each car part supplier or contact us to confirm they are a member of auto spares compare.

These terms and conditions only cover the Auto Spares Compare web site. Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.
